La Crosse Police ask community for help finding missing teen

The La Crosse Police Department is asking for the community's help finding a missing teenager.

16-year-old Steven Burrows was last seen on Wednesday, February 15.

He was seen on La Crosse's lower north side in the area of Milwaukee Street and Buchner Place.

According to police, Burrows was seen wearing a brown or beige plaid jacked and green snow pants.
