(Updated) Monday Nov. 25th, 2024 at 8:03A.M Rain and/or wintry mix Monday morning; Chilly weather ahead as temperatures plummet

Rain moves in as early as 9 pm to 10 pm tonight as a Low Pressure System moves through. Our low for tonight is only at 35°.

This will begin as a light drizzle.

Between 6 am to 9 am, we can expect a band of precipitation to move through. 

While this moves through, we may transition to a wintry mix. Better chances for this to occur will be areas north with even some light snow possible. Those, south will continue to have rain. 

By noon, much of the precipitation will be east of us. The rest of the day stays cloudy with much cooler temperatures ahead. 

Throughout rain and/or wintry mix falling, our temperatures are above freezing with a high of 41°. 

Monday evening into Tuesday morning, will have very slippery road conditions, as much of the rain and/or wintry mix we received earlier on in the day will freeze onto roads due to temperatures falling into the low 20s. 

Temperatures will continue to plummet through the week. Highs will get down in the low 20s with lows almost in the single digits.
