Tomah man charged with attempted intentional homicide pleads not guilty

A Tomah man accused of attempted first degree intentional homicide pleaded not guilty in court Friday.

43-year-old Dennis Joseph Balaban also entered the plea for other charges related to the case, including felony aggravated battery and multiple felony t-h-c charges.

Balaban was arrested last November after police say they found a 58-year-old man with a stab wound in his chest. The man survived.
