Air quality advisory issued for Wisconsin counties due to Canadian wildfire smoke

 


The advisory is for Canadian wildfire smoke (PM2.5) drifting into the region, which is expected to reach the "unhealthy for sensitive groups" level.

The advisory lasts from 10:00 a.m. Monday to midnight in the following counties:

  • Chippewa
  • Clark
  • Columbia
  • Crawford
  • Dane
  • Dunn
  • Eau Claire
  • Grant
  • Green Lake
  • Iowa
  • Jackson
  • Juneau
  • La Crosse
  • Langlade
  • Lincoln
  • Marathon
  • Marquette
  • Menominee
  • Monroe
  • Outagamie
  • Pepin
  • Pierce
  • Portage
  • Richland
  • Saint Croix
  • Sauk
  • Shawano
  • Taylor
  • Trempealeau
  • Vernon
  • Waupaca
  • Waushara
  • Winnebago
  • Wood
